Willows Water District accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, automatic payment, checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks. We do not accept cash as a form of payment.

CUSTOMER WARNING: DOXO.com is an on-line bill pay website that appears to be affiliated with Willows Water District but it is NOT an authorized affiliate of Willows Water District. DOXO.com is a third-party website that charges individuals a fee to pay their utility bills. The District offers online bill pay to our customers free of charge. Further, the District cannot control when we will receive payments from doxo.com, which could result in a late payment from the customer or even service shut-off due to non-payment. To insure you are paying the District directly, use our customer portal accessible from the link above.

Q. How do I set up automatic payments?
A. Customers can enroll in autmatic payments through their online account or by contacting the District office.

Q. When will my automatic payment be applied?
A. Automatic payments are pulled the first business day following the due date.

Q. Are credit cards accepted for payment?
A. Yes, credit cards are accepted as payment. Simply choose this payment method when paying your bill online.

Q. What if I’ve received a disconnection notice or have been disconnected?

Q. Whom do I contact if I have questions about my e-Bill?

Q. What do I do if I paid my bill with e-Bill, but it still shows owing online?

Q. How do I update my email address or other personal information?
A. This information can be updated online via the My Account page. In the Account Settings section, click Edit Profile to edit your online profile. Also, please contact a customer service representative to confirm these changes in our office as well. Our contact information can be found on the Contact Us page.

3rd Party Payments

When paying your Willows Water bill online the most efficient way to guarantee delivery on time is by paying through Willows' website.

Willows Water does not charge you a processing fee for payments made online; and notifications of payments made through Willows' website are automatically received by our staff.

We would like to advise you that there are 3rd party websites that offer payment services that are not affiliated with Willows Water.  Many of these websites charge a fee and can sometimes take up to 2 weeks for the payments to be delivered.  Payments made through a 3rd party does not guarantee timely delivery and may result in disruption of service.
