Irrigation Efficiency Program |
| |
The District is pleased to offer an incentive for irrigation design assistance. Irrigation efficiency is part of Denver Water’s strategy to meet future water demands; the Irrigation Efficiency Program (IEP) is being used to develop Demand Side Management (DSM) resources in an effort to minimize future costs of expanding system capacity. The program offers incentives for the implementation of water saving technologies and methods that result in a verifiable and ongoing reduction in water consumption. Design assistance, at 10% of the projected contract savings up to $10,000, is available. Willows Water District will match Denver Water’s design assistance up to $10,000, not to exceed total design fees. Customers must participate in Denver’s IEP to qualify for the Willows’ Incentive.
