Transfer Service

If you are an owner, an escrow agent, or a tenant, you will need to notify the District office in writing that there is a change in ownership or occupancy.

If you are requesting a final reading, the District office needs a minimum of 48 hours to process your request. Our fax number is 303.770.9864. There is also a $20.00 transfer fee charged to the seller/tenant; please contact the District office at 303.770.8625 for further information.
