Southgate Water & Sanitation Districts
The Southgate Water and Sanitation Districts operate and maintain water distribution and waste water collection systems providing service to more than 75,000 Colorado residents.
Our service area of 18 square miles includes portions of Cherry Hills Village, Centennial, Greenwood Village, City of Lone Tree, Unincorporated Arapahoe County and Unincorporated Douglas County.

South Arapahoe Sanitation District
South Arapahoe Sanitation District serves over 10,000 homes and businesses in Centennial, Littleton, Greenwood Village and unincorporated Arapahoe County, Colorado. Originally formed in 1957, the District encompasses over seven square miles. Generally, the District is located between South Broadway Boulevard and South Holly Street; and between East Orchard Road and East County Line Road.
Xeriscape™ Colorado is a program of the Colorado WaterWise Council. Xeriscape promotes creative approaches to water conserving landscapes by helping people improve their landscapes and to reduce the need for water, maintenance and other resources.
