Willows Water is dedicated to funding long-term water system (capital) improvements. A major portion of the annual capital budget includes approximately 200 service line replacements from the water main to the shut-off valve at the customer's property line. The annual project is typically scheduled to begin in May (weather permitting) and we anticipate all scheduled repairs to be completed by July.
The installation of the new service lines will require temporary interruption of water service. Any interruption of water service will occur between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. Our staff will leave a notice on your front door prior to interruption of service.
