NOTICE OF BUDGET MEETING

FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026

WILLOWS WATER DISTRICT

ARAPAHOE COUNTY, COLORADO

                        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to C.R.S. 29-1-106, that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Willows Water District for the ensuing year 2026.                    

Be advised, to-wit:

                        a)         The Board of Directors of Willows Water District will conduct a hearing on November 20, 2025, at the hour of 7:30 o’clock ante meridiem at which the adoption of the proposed budget will be considered, and said hearing will be conducted at 6930 South Holly Circle, Centennial, Colorado  80112-1018; and

                        b)         The proposed budget is available for inspection by the public at, to-wit:

                        c)         Any interested elector within the Willows Water District may file any objections to the proposed budget at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget by the Board of Directors of said utility district.
