Willows Drought Monitors and field personnel will be on patrol around the clock, seven days per week. Fines for water waste are:
$50 for the second violation
$100 for the third violation
Continuted violations may result in suspension of service
A warning will be issued for the first violation. Additional charges, restriction or suspension of service may be imposed for water waste.

Website Accessibility Policy
Willows Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Willows Water District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
