Watering Restrictions

Effective March 25, 2026, Denver Water has declared a Stage 1 Drought and implemented watering restrictions. Customers are asked not to turn on sprinkler systems until mid to late May to help conserve water supplies.

In addition, on April 8, 2026, Denver Water may increase the rate it charges Willows Water District for the water it receives. As a result, the Willows Water District Board of Directors will be considering potential water rate adjustments for customers to offset any increased costs.

A public meeting will be held to discuss this matter:

  • Date: April 7, 2026
  • Time: 7:30 a.m.
  • Location:  Willows Water District Office
